Buona Pasqua, We wanted to communicate that the Bakery will be Open on Good Friday, 8:00-4:00 and regular hours on Saturday March 26, 7:00-5:00. I will be making the Easter sweetbread Colomba this week and it will be available for sale on Friday March 18. It will not be in the shape of the Dove as the moulds have yet to arrive from Italy so I will be braiding it and rounding it as a wreath. It will still contain our own candied orange peel and the traditional hazelnut crust. A reminder again to pre-order all your favourites for the Easter weekend as it helps us a lot with production planning.
